14 Day Returns

You have the right to cancel an order or return a product within 14 days for any reason, starting the day you, or a person indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To return an item, simply notify us within the 14 days using the returns form found at www.tisburyaudio.co.uk/returnsform or by sending an email to with your name and order number.

Once you have informed us of your intent to cancel, the goods must be sent to us at your expense within 14 days. Please include your receipt or order number so that we can identify the package. Return address: Tisbury Audio, G21 Olympic House, 12 Somerford Grove, London, N16 7RZ, United Kingdom.

When we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped, we'll provide you with a refund based on your original payment method within 14 days.

We will refund all payments received from you, except for any supplementary costs of express delivery (when you have not selected standard delivery).

If the product is damaged or not in "like new" condition, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

Please note that you may not return custom orders or orders that have been modified to your specifications.

Limited Warranty

Tisbury Audio products are covered by our limited warranty for two to three years, depending on model. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Headphone amps are covered by warranty for three years, while the Mini and Domino premps are covered for two years, starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty Repair Procedure:

  1. Contact us with full details of the problem. If repairs are required, we will issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation).

  2. Package items carefully, preferably in their original box, and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box

  3. Return goods using a tracked and insured shipping service to:

  4. If posting from outside the EU, mark the reason for export as 'repair' on the shipping invoice.

  5. Once received items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion within 5 working days.

You pay the shipping costs to us and we pay the shipping costs back to you. Responsibility for loss or damage during transit is accepted by the respective sender.

The following are excluded from, or will void warranty coverage:


Warranty extends to original purchaser only or the original recipient if purchased as a gift and is not transferrable.

Tisbury Audio does not assume liability for loss or damage to any associated or connected equipment.

Out of Warranty Repairs:


Any product in need of repair whose warranty has expired or is void, please contact us for a repair quote.
